I can no longer use my phone after enabling SSL on Exchagne 2003 OWA? any ideas? and Yes I did check the box to use SSL on the phone. I get the following message on my iphone: "The sceurity Certificate on the Server is not valid. Contact your exhcnage admin or ISP to install a valid Cer on the Server". However, I do have a Valid Certificate installed ont he Server. Thanks Jay

It'll depend on what phone you have and more importantly what certificate is already installed on your OWA site. Basically what the error is saying is that the phone and server do not have a common certificate which can be used to create the SSL connection. Your options include: If your certificate on the server was self generated then you will need to install the certificate onto you mobile device also. Or If you have bought a certificate it is either the incorrect one (for example you are using a certificate bought for a website which is not a wildcard certificate) Or The certificate being used on the OWA site has an incorrect URL in the certificate (mis-typed) Or That the certificate of the provider is not in the root certificate store of your mobile device (this is a device specific problem as will vary depending on the device and device O/S version). If this is the case you will need to update the root store of your device or import the certificate that you have. Regards
