I have a dashboard going with several pivot charts and slicers.  They give me various measurements on performance of my technicians and have created a template so that all charts look the same.  I've used the template on 8 charts with no problem.  The first pivot chart I created tells me how many tickets each tech has.  The ninth is to tell me the average days the tickets are open by the top 20 techs.  When I try to use the chart template, the chart changes its source data to tell me the number of tickets (as the first pivot chart does).  I was able to create the chart from scratch and manually got it to look like my template.  I changed the top 20 to top 30 and it changed the source data again to be the count of tickets per tech rather than avg business days open.  Also, if you right click on the chart and look at the source data, it shows it as coming from Pivot1 rather than 11.

Any idea what may cause this?
