Maybe:
Store the file on Google Drive and use the Google app to mount that folder as an available drive on each machine.

Do you mind telling us how do you send the Excel file? If you send it as an Email attachment, we can't automatically update data constantly with the original file. Because they are separate files/copies.
I recommend we try to use Office Online. We can upload the files to OneDrive, and share the links to others, you can modify the data, and others will see the latest data via Office Online.

Ps: Excel Online allows you to view Pivot tables and charts, but you need the Excel 2013 desktop app to create/edit them.Regards,

I'd agree with George.
Basically you want to give the other users the chance to update a Pivot table. The main question is, where the data of the pivot comes from (in the file? from a SSAS cube? from a PowerPivot?).
If you change the underlying data, the other users just have tp update, which should be possible if they have sufficient access rights.
Could you perhaps elaborate a bit more what environemnt you are using?
