Hi, Please try this: RESOLUTION: -- This GUID mentioned in the 10016 event log belongs to MSExchangeIS as noted from the registry path - HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{7EB0B113-85AB-14A1-8699-00B04FC71035} -- The SID S-1-5-18 belongs to SYSTEM account -- To solve this problem perform the following steps 1) Open the Component Services console from - Start - All Programs - Administrative Tools - Component Services (or from 'Start' - 'Run' - 'dcomcnfg') 2) Expand 'Console Root' - 'Component Services' - 'Computers' - 'My Computer' - 'DCOM Config' 3) Under 'DCOM Config' find "7EB0B113-85AB-14A1-8699-00B04FC71035", right click here - Choose 'Properties' - 'Security' - under 'Launch and Activation Permissions' choose 'Edit' - Add the SYSTEM account from here and give all the permissions 4) Restart the server
