Quote "Attempting to resolve the host name autodiscover.fbcranes.co.za in DNS. The host name couldn't be resolved" As we see host name is also not getting resolve then this is a clear issue of DNS, you must see you have DNS host record of server in AD DNS. Once you vallidate DNS record then you can go ahead and recreate autodiscover virtual directory and then assisgn SSL certificte. To recreate virtual directory, See below articles: REmove: Remove-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -Identity CAS-srv\Autodiscover (Default Web Site) Create the autodiscover virtual directory: New-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -WebsiteName "Default Web Site" -BasicAuthentication $true -WindowsAuthentication $true http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/5317099b-8690-4d4f-aa53-6e16f4667b2b/ http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff629372.aspxAnil MCC 2011,ITIL V3,MCSA 2003,MCTS 2010, My Blog : http://messagingschool.wordpress.com

Hello, Yes, for enabling the autodiscover feature for external clients, you need to make sure: 1. autodiscover.domian.com can be resolved externally. 2. autodiscover.domian.com should be added to the certificate subject name. Thanks, Simon
