On brench office (192.168.2.X) network have about 50 users using pop3 connect to exchange 2010 (192.168.1.X). They sometime report that i they have error on download mail with (0x800ccc0f), after i restart the pop3 service. the pop3 work normally again. I checked the event log for the exchange, but didn't find any event about pop3 problem Have anything i miss to config or check?

Hi, You also can increase pop event log level by running: set-eventloglevel –identity “msexchange pop3\general” –level high http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998905.aspx Then you reproduce the issue and see if there is any clues in event log. Thanks, Elvis
