Hi,

Can some one help me with creating Flowchart from excel data. I need to create shape which displays value from same row into sub shapes( eg if Row 1 has 3 column A,B,C I need the A,B,C to be displayed in Rectangle having sub shapes as Rectangle showing excel data)

Also as there are many Rows, I need to understand how to automatically link the data to the shape.

My understanding is that you want to create a Flowchart diagram from Excel data. I think you know that we can do it manually by linking data method. But, you have a lot of data, thus, we might do it via VBA code. Please refer to these articles:

As you see in the video, Can you help me in creating a structure similar to the translator in document stencil. When I drag the row I need to get the values of row to be displayed all at once in rectangles of the stencil. How to do the setting for it. 

Also in later part the video shows auto link to many shapes. I am not able to do that. 

Request you to give me step wise instructions to do it as I am new to Visio.
