Hi, 

I'm getting "Power Map has encountered an error and it needs to close" error every time I launch Power Map, even after trying to repair Office. I have Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.

Error report said 

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ADODB, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.<o:p></o:p>

File name: 'ADODB, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'
   at Microsoft.Data.Visualization.Client.Excel.WorkbookState.Initialize(Workbook workbook)
   at Microsoft.Data.Visualization.Client.Excel.PlugInCore.ExploreButtonClicked()

Can you help me solve this issue?

Hi,

As far as I know, this issue might be caused by running multiple graphic cards on the system. The Power Map requires a graphics card that supports DirectX 10 or higher. Thus, Please try to upgrade the display driver.
