need help i have 2010 power point installed in my laptop and my friend sent me 2013 power point format , the problem is, im able to open the power point but some part of chart format was missing, please help and le me know is i need to install  Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack.

No you no need to install compatibility pack. your 2013 power point file try to save as again with different name and in file type choose Microsoft 97-2003 option to save file

now try to open last save file you can easily view all graphs and charts

1. Open  presentation.

2. Click the File tab and then click Save As.

3. Click PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation.

4. In the File name box, type a name for the presentation.

5. Click Save.
