Hi Everyone,

Does anyone knows how I can generate a report like the one below? I need to keep record of mailbox size and total Items for every user in my Company.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can achieve similar results with Get-Mailboxstatistics cmdlet. See here for syntax and examples: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124612(v=exchg.150).aspx

Get-MailboxStatistics provides this info for the current date I execute the command.

How can I get the same information for the last past 30 days for example?

I'm afraid you can't do it without having a thirdparty utility or setting up some monitoring on Exchange.

For getting the details regarding the mailbox folder sizes and growth; and total items of each and every user's items details like size of inbox, contacts, calenders and much more things also, in that case I can suggest you to try in Lepide's tool which has the ability to do such operations in fraction of seconds. I have used this tool and it generates such reports in seconds.
