Can you please explain in bit more detail on your need? You can create enterprise wide dynamic distribution group which contain specific type of or all kind of recipients... When you are viewing the calendar, you can "View Group Schedules" (Action->View Group Schedules) but from what I can tell, each person has to generate a group Schedule. they have to create a group, and add members. When a new employee is hired for that department, I would have to go in and add them manually, and so would everyone else who has created the group themselves. I would like to be able to have a Group Schedule generated based on our company's departments, and have it dynamically upddate. I would like this group schedule available for anyone to see, or, better yet, only members of the group itself. This is not a distribution group, but a way of viewing the calendar schedule of a group.

Group schedule is an outlook feature, which is saved as associated message (hidden message) in the users’ calendar folder. No any group membership mirrors to the membership in the group schedule on the exchange server, and each mailbox have its own group schedule. Per my knowledge, there’s no feature that can accomplish your task in the exchange natively You may use the “Outlook - Calendaring” newsgroup to see if there’s any workaround about it
