Preparing the Active Directory (ADSchema/ADprepare) for Exchange Installation
I am trying to prepare the AD for exchange server 2007 on Windows Server 2003 ENT SP2 and when i am running the cmd >setup /prepareschema getting dialog from 'Windows Setup' that pops up and says "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components." with only an OK button on it. So what ll Windows components i have to look for, i raised the forest and domain functional levels and check the Active Directory schema is on the computer that holds the Schema Master role in the forest its alerady there. Selected the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 component and windows powershell are installed BUT still when i am trying to extend the AD schema getting the same prompt "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components." Can you please tell why i am getting that prompt.
