I want to prevent outlook from completing a contact that I have not finished after clicking send. For example, I have a contact in the GAL name Bobby. In the TO field, I type only Bob and then click send. Outlook is automatically resolving Bob into Bobby. 

This is very dangerous and I want to disable it. I went into options and disabled both "Automatic name checking" and "auto complete". Is there a way to prevent outlook from behaving this way? This is for Outlook 2013

Retry the behavior after applying Home Tab > Find section > Address Book > Tools > Option > Custom > clear the box > OK.

That does not work. It still resolves. After opening and closing outlook, it re-adds the GAL back into the custom field box.
