I'm not sure exactly what you mean but try the following:-
1. In a .xlsm file hit the Print Preview button.
2. (a) In a .xlsm file:-
View tab
Macros group
Click on the drop down arrow beneath:-
Macros
- then click on:-
View Macros
The window called:-
Macro
- should open.
2. (b) In the window called:-
Macro
- click on the macro you wish to, "preview" so that it becomes highlighted then hit:-
Edit
A Microsoft Visual Basic window should now open showing you the contents of the selected macro.
Do either of the above give you what you want?

Thanks, but I meant how t preview files when in basic file manger before clicking to open a file.
You can only get a "preview" when you saved a thumbnail before:
- Open an Excel file
- File\SaveAs and choose a (the same) location
- Check the "Save Thumbnail" check box
- Click Save
After that you can see the thumbnail within the Windows Explorer and/or in the Open dialog when change the view to Icons.
The only other way is to use an Excel viewer:
