In Windows the printers are listed as <Printer Name> on <server>. However in the Office, when you click on File and Print. The Printer name is displayed as \\<server>\<printer>. Is there anyway to change this to be what Windows shows? I know Office 2013 shows <Printer Name> on <server>, but Office 2010 and below shows \\<server>\<printer>.

I guess you mean Office 2007 and below?

Both Office 2010 and Office 2013 shows <Printer Name> on <server> actually.

And sorry I am not aware of any settings or methods to modify this behavior.
