Hopefully here is an easy one for you. I am trying to fix an error I am getting and all solutions tell me "In the Private Information Store properties of the server that is receiving the error message, click the General tab". My question, where is the Private Information Store? I am relatively novice at Exchange, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Ok, if you are using EMC to access this. Look under the folder tree on the left side under the Server Configuration Node and select "Mailbox" Highlight the server under the mailbox pane in the middle In the pane below that you'll see the mailbox stores. Right click the mailbox store in question (below the Storage Group object), choose properties and the general tab is open first by default.
