Hello everyone, Every time I attempt to download any file, I always receive an error saying "the connection with the server has reset". I really have no idea what this means. I'm not a computer expert so can someone explain step-by-step on how to resolve this issue. I really hope this issue gets resolved before I go back to school. Thanks.
