I'm having problems with calendar synchronization of all devices Iphones my company, happens the following situation:

When an agenda for the Iphone device is created and sent to other recipients, they receive and accept everything works normal and is scheduled at the Iphone device, but this book is not transferred to the Exchange owa and consequently does not appear in Outlook on the user's notebook.

Managers had cases lose important meetings because of this problem.

I have installed here in 2013 with Exchange Server replication DAG.

I will be very grateful if someone manages to give me a direction to solve this problem.

Regarding the agendas synchronization problem created in Apple devices, I could contact at Apple and they recognized the problem and will be corrected in the new iOS update (8.4).


The stopgap solution they gave me was to change the time zone of the devices to Montevideo (Uruguay), and actually doing this setup worked properly.


Remembering that my Exchagne has been updated to CU8, in older versions do not know if this setting the time zone will work.
