Having a problem after migrating from Win 2000 and Exchange 2000 to Win 2003 and Exchange 2003. Single user out of ten using Office and Outlook 2007 getting Undeliverable bounce back messages from 1 internal e-mail address. This happens intermittently and all other e-mail traffic from and to these two users is working ok. Allother otherusers are on Office and Outlook 2003. The user was running Outlook 2007 before the migration and had no problems.

This may happen when users reply to old messages and mailboxes are not moved with the move mailbox wizard Did you use Xmerge to move mailboxes? Deli

I did not personally move the mailboxes but the tech that did would have used that utility. But, this happens with new e-mail and new calendar eventrequests and it is intermittent and is only happening from one user to one other user. All other users are having no problems. Thanks

Check the users X500 and LegacyExchangeDNatrributes if they exist as they may not be correct Deli
