Hi All, I having problem on set mailbox limit at individual account. For example, my mailbox database default it set 50 MB for every account but 1 of the account, I would like to set it 60 MB.I uncheck default setting and manually type in the 60 MB for this account but this user limit still show as 50 MB but 60 MB.Please help....Thank you very much.Doreen

Hello Doreen, How long did you wait after changing settings? It takes upto 2 hours to referesh the mailbox cache and update the new settings... You can restart information store service to force the current changes but this will affect all the users on your server and outlook will face temporary disconnect from Exchange.
