In the last week or so, I have found that I am unable to print emails received via Outlook 2010. Even though the printer is available in the drop down list to choose from, the following message appears: "Print Preview requires a printer to be selected. Under Printer, click the down arrow and then click the printer you want to use."
Oddly, if the email contains Word attachments, those documents print without a problem.
I have run a repair of Office 2010 and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the printer (a Dell 2335dn). These do not seem to have solved the problem.
No other changes have been made to the operating system or programs installed, other than a batch of 18 Microsoft updates.
Any advice would be appreciated
