Problem reinstalling Exchange

Hi,
From the log file, the issue seems relate to AD. Would you please perform the following method to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Run Netdom query FSMO and post the result here
2. Run Dcdiag /v and post the result here

Looks like Schema Master roles is broken, do you have any additional DC where you can transfer Schema Master role?
Try to transfer the Schema operations master role...
If it is not getting transferred then Seize the damaged Schema Master role to another domain controller
Using Ntdsutil.exe to transfer or seize FSMO roles to a domain controller
