Problem when scheduling meetings
Hello. I’m having a issue with one of my users (important), or at least nobody else has seen the problem. The problem is that when he sends a meeting to multiple users, the meeting wont reach anyone from outside the forest. Forest user recipients don’t have any problem. The exchange only says. SMTP: message Categorized and queued for Routing. But there is nothing on queues. After some hours, we receive the NDR Final-Recipient: rfc822;XX@XX.com Action: delayed Status: 4.4.7 Will-Retry-Until: Thu, 21 Apr 2011 08:22:45 -0600 X-Display-Name: XX (XX) So after searching for a while, i found this KB from microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938650/en-us This scenario from this KB looks very much like our scenario, but none of our exchange servers shows that message, and some of the recipients not necessary have ex2007 on the other side. I thought this could be the answer, but it wasn’t like that. Does anybody knows what else i can do?

Hi, Does the problem also happen when sending the meeting request by OWA? I suggest you try to apply the fix in KB938650 and then test to see if the issue persists. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks Gen Lin-MSFT

I've tryed OWA and it doesnt seems to happend, and the KB was tested a long time ago, and the problem persists. I have done several test and i cant recreate the problem but the same user always have the problem. There are no logs, not even on his computer nor the servers. Does anybody has another idea?
