Problem with Calendar and Permissions
Hi Exchange Team.
I have a problem with calendar in Mailbox. The case is the following.
When user Hector send Meeting Request to Roberto, Meeting arrive succesfully in Roberto Inbox and Calendar, but in Hector Inbox arrive Undeliverable email. The message could not be sent to Myriam.
Show Email.Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
Myriam Alanis CasasThe recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
Now, this Meeting Request also receives Francisco user. But, Hector send only Meeting Request to Roberto, never Myriam and Francisco user.
Roberto user was moved two years ago, Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. My idea is that Roberto had created rules in Mailbox but when migrate, the rules is not moved. I check OWA, Outlook (Mailbox & Personal Folders), the user is not have rules.
The undeliverable email started to be sent to users when Myriam mailbox is delete. I sure that now delete Francisco user, in undeliverable email show Myriam and Francisco.
Resume:Because Meeting Request is send to Myriam and Francisco when Meeting only send to Roberto? How can I Resolve this problem?
I appreciate you support.Regards,Carlos Morales

Issue description: After Hector sent meeting request to Roberto successfully, Hector got NDR from the user (Myraim who has already been deleted) for the same meeting request that Hector never sent to before
Check info:
1. Please describe the exchange topology, is it a pure exchange 2007 currently?
2. Whether all users in this issue are internal users or not?
3. Was the issue only happened on Hector?
4. Does the mail flow ever fine for Hector before this issue?
5. Can the issue be reproduced on Hector when Hector sends to the users except Roberto?
6. Can the issue be reproduced permanently on Hector with any type of the messages when sending to Roberto?
The most possible cause would be the rule, since Francisco also receives the same meeting request, I think either the rule was set on the Hector or exchange server:
1. Please check the Forwarding address on the Hector and Roberto's mailboxes (Method)
2. Please disable all the server-side rules on the Hector via OWA, and send a test meeting request to Roberto
3. Please enable pipeline tracing for Hector on the Hub and Edge server (If Roberto is external user), and reproduce the issue. Then, check the pipeline tracing log, see if the issue is caused by transport agent
Notes: Please disable pipeline tracing after the testing

HiI seem to have a similar problem. The user is able to send out meetings without any issue, but as soon as she tries to update any meetings she sent she gets an error stating the following:
"You are not allowed to send this message because you are trying to send on behalf of another sender without permission to do so. Please verify that you are sending on behalf of the correct sender, or ask your system administrator to help you get the required permission."If anybody could help me with this it would be much appreciated.thanks
