Hi,I have a strange problem with a user. When she opens a mail in owa and the mail goes to read status it dissapears. Every message that she opens in owa looks as it would be deleted.Has anybody experienced something like this?ThanksZolee

Hi Zolee,Which version of exchange server you use?Can you find the mails in Outlook?If you use exchange 2007,please check you didn't applyunread filter.If you can not find mails in Oulook 2007, please make sure you didn't apply unread filter,either.There is a clew to show whether you apply filter or not in both outlook and OWA.By the way, please check you just use MAPI to connect to exchange. Please make sure she has not set the mail delivery option to go to PST files. Also in outlook check View ->Current View ->Messages if possible re-create OL profile and check the same Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

what about outlook server-rules? are there any?strange if the's the only person who have this kind of problems.

We have Exchange 2003. There are no server rules that would make this.I'm gonna check it tommorrow.
