Hey 

So since installing office 2013, I have a problem with delayed messages. If I delay a message it will start "uploading" the message to the server, but only really send it if I open outlook again and check the outbox. 

In the earlier version I just put a time and at that time the mail was sent.

I suppose in Outlook 2010, you have used the online mode, and in Outlook 2013, you are now using Cached Exchange mode.
