I'm having a problem with my exchange 2013.... It works fine from internet using outlook 2010 and rpc over https or activesync with my phone.... however, if i try to connect from internal network, it doesn't work ... the ping is fine... dns are fine... no firewalls.... anyone know how to solve this???

Hello,

If you configure your exchange account by automatically, I recommend you check if the scp value is correct.

Open ADSIEDIT, click CN=Configuration,DC=Your domain name ->CN=Services ->CN=Microsoft Exchange ->CN=Your organization name ->CN=Administrative Groups ->CN=Exchange Administrative Group ->CN=Servers ->CN=your server name.

If the scp is ok, I recommeng you use test-outlookwebservices cmdlet to check your autodiscover settings.

Besides, please post the error when you configure exchange account.
