Problem with the Room mailbox
We have a room mailbox which is opened between 10:00AM to 06:00PM, though we have selected the option "Allow scheduling only during working hours" still its accepting if we book the meeting outside of the time (10am to 6pm). Any help will be appreciated

Hi, If the check box “Allow scheduling only during working hours” is selected, the resource only allows meetings during the hours defined in the Calendar Work Week section of the Calendar Options for this mailbox. Have you checked the work week under calendar? The work week configuration is stored in the location: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar] Could you please check if there is anything wrong?

Hi, You mean the Calendar work week option in calendar?? yes its checked for monday to Friday and the start and end time is mentioned as 10Am & 6Pm respectively.
