Saludos Quisiera saber si alguien me puede orientar con este problema que estoy teniendo en la empresa, mi consulta es la siguiente. La cuenta del dominio es abc.com y en el Exchange la han colocado para que los correos para que salga como @eibici.com. Luego por orden de gerencia se contrato un servicio externo de correos donde la configuracion de la cuenta es @abc.com y es aqui donde viene el problema. Al enviar los correos desde el externo llegan normal al correo interno, pero si de aqui del correo interno se trata de enviar al externo que usa gerencia sale prueba@abc.com La direccion de correo electrnico de este destinatario no se encontro en el sistema de correo electrnico de este destinatario. Microsoft Exchange no intentar volver a enviar el mensaje. Compruebe la direccion de correo del destinatario e intente, o bien proporcione el siguiente texto de diagnstico al administrador del sistema. #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found ## Cabe resaltar que no conozco mucho sobre el exchange ya que soy un practicante hablando con el otro personal de sistema me comenta que lo que debe estar haciendo es buscar al destinatario del correo dentro del exchange y como no lo encuentra alli, se detiene y lanza el error en vez de pasar ya al medio externo. Quisiera saber si alguien podria darme una orientacion o explicarme que pasos tomar para poder dar solucion a este problema y ganarme un puntito con la gerencia =).

I mean my domain is abc and the email show like @eibici, but the problem is that there is a external email (from an external service ) with the address @abc.com so when i send a email from my exchange to the external #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found ## The exchange try to find the address in the server but because can find it just trow me the error, what i want is send the email (from my internal) to the external.
