Problems Adding a New Trusted Domain to my Exchange Server 2007 SP3
Hello everybody. I am trying to add a new Trusted domain into my Exchange Server 2007 using EMC. I have modified my MX record for the domain I want to add, than I added it under the Organization Configuration\Hub Transport as an Accepted Domain, created the related E-mail Address Policies. Now I am trying to create a new User Mailbox in this domain I just added, but I am not seeing the domain I have added! I would like to have some opinions or maybe possible solutions from you guys.

Where did you expect the new Accepted Domain would turn up when you created a new mailbox? Martina Miskovic

whenever you try to create a new User Mailbox on the level of EMC, you get to choose among the available and accepted Domains drop menu. it is there in this drop menu that I do not find it. I din't know if that answers your question Martina.Hani El Mouallem

Hi Hani, Yes it did answer my question. The domains you see it the drop down list has nothing to do with the Accepted Domain created in Exchange. What you see there are UPN Suffixes created in Active Directory Domains and Trusts.Martina Miskovic
