I have implemented two escenarios on exchange server 2013 sp1...

1st: I have created a public folder in a client and then a Public calendar.

Now all the calendars were configured on the clients making the click on folder's view, "right click, Add to favorites" and then all got the updates. but they weren't able to get this calendar into their activeSync devices (mainly phones).

2nd; I created one calendar into one user's, then make the internet publish of this calendar using "FULL DETAILS" but I can't make the "EDITOR" publishing. It says that "The policy doesn't allow anonymous sharing with Editor.". I had made several things and still no joy.

So my question is... Which is the best way to get Public calendar into Everybody's phones and can get the updates ASAP? In my opinion, 1st option is the best but why aren't they able to get their calendars into their activesync devices?
