Hi, I am having massive problems regenerating the address book. We have basically removed all of the old ones and started again. However when I create and link the address book to the Global Address Book and then try to rebuild it I get the following errors being created in the Application Log: OALGen encountered error 80040107 (Internal ID 50101df) accessing the public folder store while generating the offline address list for address list '/' - offline address list. (Event ID 9331) Followed by: OALGen encountered error 80040107 while cleaning the offline address list public folders under /o=company name/cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=Offline Address List.Please make sure the Public Folder Store is mounted and replicas exist of the offline address folders. No offline address lists have been generated. Please check the event log for more information - offline address list. (Event ID 9335) After searching on the net is was suggested that we remove the public folders (for the OAB's) from within Exchange System Manager however we got error 80004005 when we tried stating the operation failed. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks Carl.

Did you used to have another Exchange server? Then the chance is that you have not moved exchange system folders If that is the case the you need to reset these folders http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822444/en-us You have a public folder database configured? Deli
