Problems with SkyDrive Pro - Login Screen

Team, since a few week I have a sync problem with Skydrive Pro, at the beginning I thought it was related with office 365 so I opened forum:

http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/172/p/211173/649461.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0

But it seems is related with Office.

Can you please take a look and help me :)

Thanks!

After checking the screenshot from http://smg.photobucket.com/user/trasgo04/media/SkyDrivePro.png.html, I am afraid this is still be an account-relate issue. I don't know how to get the information Office detail version (the version of the SharePoint OpenDocuments Class is 15.0.4545.1000???)through the screenshot provided by you only, whatever, please let's follow up this thread to be continued.

"We couldn't find an account with that email address. Would you like to sign up for a new Microsoft account?"

Please make sure that Microsoft account is the proper one and re-typed your Microsoft account (may be a live.com)  can you access the validation interface?

To confirm Office product status, please logon your account via https://office.microsoft.com/MyAccount.aspx?fromAR=1, is any Office product visiable within your account?

Feel free to post back.

Hi Rolando,

has it ever worked?

the conversation on the O365 forum seems, incomplete?
There seems to have been some other discussion or information exchanged with Allen Qiu, but it is not visible in that discussion thread.
e.g. the reference to SharePoint OpenDocuments class, and, the reference to Add/Remove Feature->Change, for C2R.

I am assuming that your O365 subscription, is a "business" or "enterprise" plan? (Please confirm the plan)

(O365 Home Premium does not include SkydrivePro)

Are you the O365 administrator for your organisation?
Are other users in your organisation affected by this SkydrivePro issue?
Have you tried accessing SkydrivePro from a colleagues computer (signing in as yourself)?

Has your O365admin, completed the O365 setup steps for your organisation's SharePoint Online (the server-side of SkydrivePro)?

It seems to me, that most of the topic/questions, relates to the O365 admin, account, and hosted content, and permissions). These topics are much better discussed in the dedicated O365 forums (where you started), and I think, Allen Qiu has mis-directed you here.

You could, to remove all doubt, uninstall the O365ProPlus on your computer, and then reinstall it.
O365ProPlus is only available in C2R format, and the SkydrivePro "client" (groove.exe, formerly known as SharepointWorkspace) will be part of that C2R install.

I am also assuming that your O365 is running on the new O365 platform (i.e. it isn't a legacy O365 setup from older t

@Tony

My O365 account was not accepted in this forum so I used another account I will share my account info via PM

@Don

Well... I don't think so, since the beginning SkyDrive Pro never worked.

At the beginning - Sharepoint  WorkSpace was working.

I'm not an admin :( but nobody can uses SkyDrive Pro and I think we are using the enterprise license.

About the setup steps I'm not sure if they completed, do you have a reference guide?

Thanks.
