Hello,

I'm trying to install the microsoft office professional 2013 and when i download the office I don't get a product key and I get the following message:

"

Your product key is:

Error: 'Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.'
Your download has started.

If the download did not start automatically, click the button below.

"

I tried downloading it multiple times and this is what I get all the time.

Can someone help me with this?

If you use IE, please clear the cache and cookies to try again.

Or we can try this in another browser to check if this makes a difference.

If possible, please try to download the software in another network environment, check if this can help.
