The DVD case say go to ( www,office,com/myaccount  - note for , read . not allowed to place URL's currently )  and use the 25 character Product Key.

The stated URL does not offer this facility.

How can I be supported for this product media purchase from Microsoft please?

Is your Office a volume activation version such as Multiple Activation Key (MAK) or Key Management Service (KMS)?

Product key is only for a retail version of Office.

If you get a volume activation license, we recommend you contact your IT Pro to get more help.
