I am creating a project using a free trial version of Project Professional 2013. I have resources assigned to all my tasks and want to level out the resources that are over allocated by using the "Reschedule Task" option. However, Project is not responding to this action. I have over 400 tasks so I assumed it would take a long time so the first time I did this I waited 45 minutes. I finally lost patience and closed the program and tried it again, waiting another 1/2 hour. Finally, decided that maybe I could try it by task, so I clicked on a task and right-clicked and used the "reschedule task", I have now over 1/2 hour.

Is it impossible to apply this to all these tasks at one time?

your file seems to large. try to use 64bit version, it would occupy more RAM to do calculate.
