Protective Marking Scheme
Is there anyway to enforce a protective marking scheme on emails in exchange 2003 / 2010 aside from the user having to manually write PROTECT, CONFIDENTIAL etc at the top of the email...

1. With Exch 2010 you can create a transport rule but this will be at the bottom of the mail and not the top.
2. You can probably get loads of 3rd party tools which will do ths for you, search Google.
3. You should also consider using Win RMS.Sukh

Hi,
The transport rule can only append the disclaimer text in the bottom of the message.
Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks Gen Lin-MSFT
