Hi, I have put the help desk into the Exchange Recipient Administrators group for Exchange tasks but now I would like to provide them rights to disable and reconnect user mailboxes that reside in the Disconnected Mailbox. I do not want to give them more access than they really need in Exchange. Can this be done? Thanks all.

Hi, With Exchange Server 2007, it is hard to do that. We cannot grant certain action permission to users. That could be done by RBAC in Exchange Server 2010. Regards, Xiu
