We have an installation calendar that is shared in our corp. Our installation manager color coded the calendar for ease of use. But when I pull it up on my outlook it is NOT color coded? How can we share the automatic formatting settings so when anyone pulls the calendar it will be color coded?

Clarify: You cannot see the color label which manager has added on public calendar items, right? If you open another persons calendar or a calendar stored in a public folder, you will see the colors that were assigned manually, but no automatic coloring.
