When I send the reply or forward from mail of mail enable public folder, the mail icon is not changing .

Is any special configuration for mail enable public folder? We have ms outlook 2007 and 2010. We have exchange 2010 sp2.

How can do auto archive mails from public folder? Please show me the steps if necessary.

I believe the behavior you describe is normal.

I don't believe any version of Exchange support auto-archival of public folder mail.

Perhaps you should use a shared mailbox instead of a public folder if these features are important to you.
