Hi, I am unable to open our Public Folders when they are accessed via web access. On selecting the public folders, a new window opens and indicates page not authorised. Any ideas on how to rectify?

i am currently having the same issue as well. Please, if you are able to come up with a remedy to this issue please respond immediately. I will reciprocate this as well
