Public Folder Permissions Error

When I run this powershell command I receive an error.

Add-PublicFolderClientPermission "\Public Folder Path" -user "Username" -AccessRights Owner

SID S-1-1-0 is not unique

I can't find anything about this error.

For -user try "DOMAIN\USERNAME".
