Public Folder Permisssions (Calendar, Contacts Email folder)
Hello I have a new Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server with a 40gb Public folder that i moved manually from another server (Database to PST - PST to Database) I used PFDAVAdmin to set permissions to the folders (Calendar, Contacts Email folder) but the funny thing is that even than some users have owner permissions they don't have permission to edit some items. Example: Company Contacts Peter - Owner He is able to Edit and delete some contacts but others no. He gets "You do not have permission to edit this item" Not sure Why Because he has Owner permisssion to it. Please help

Does the unedited items from the old public database? Does the issue also happen to newly created items on the problematic public folders? As you have moved the public folder contents between the PST files and databases, I think the ownership of the items has been changed for migrated public folder data, which could be the cause of this issue.
