Hi - We are trying to limit the amout of data/folders we move to the new exchange server from the old 2003 Public folder - Is there some tool or utility that can tell us what is accessed the most - the looks to be a lot of legacy data - do not want to migrate if we do not need to - Since - at some point the Public folders well become less visible in future versions of Exchange. Hi John, BasicallyPFDavAdmin gives you the statistics of public folders of your environment.It is difficult to find the data which is accessed the most but with combination of size, item count, oldest/newest creation/modification date you can determine what you need and what you don't.
