Public Folder contacts and distribution lists
We run Exchange 2007 and I'm fairly new to Exchange, so after reading on how to allow an accessible contact list, I created a public contact folder and set the users up to modify/maintain it.
They are now wanting to add a distribution list of all the contacts in the public folder so they can email they collectively.
My question is if they happen to change one of the individual public folder contacts (say they update an email), will that change be reflected in the distribution list or is that a manual process?
If it won't is there a way I can easily set this up?
Thanks,
C.

Changing the e-mail address of the PF contact is all that's necessary.
The e-mail address isn't kept in the distribution list, only the
information necessary to "point to" the PF contact is in there.
Just remember that private contact lists have a limit on the number of
members that Exchange will accept. I think that number is somewhere
around 140. That limit soen's applie to Distribtion Groups manintained
in the Actove Directory.
