Hey Guys, We are running Exch. 2K3 on Server 2K3 both SP2. Our users are wanting the ablity to access documents(Word/Excel) through public folders with in outlook or OWA. Is this possiable if so How? Thanks guys.

You need to post your documents from outlook or owa in public folders. Make sure that you have enabled FreeDocs in OWA to access documents. Enabling Freedocs access through Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2003

Hi Jon, Yes documents can be placed in Public Folders, all you need to do is drag and drop them into the folder you would like. Thanks Will
