Thanks. I've created the PF Database, however when following the procedure for creating public folders, I click Toolbox and do not see a Public Folder Management Console.Does the schema need to be extended to do this?

You need to have SP1 to see the Public Folder Management Console. Do you have SP1 or above? If not, either upgrade or you are limited to managment via the Exchange Management Shell.Shaun

Yep, as Shaun says, you need at least SP1. And really, you should apply SP2!

Hi,
You can still create Public Folders using Exchange Management Shell using 'New-PublicFolder' Command e.g
New-PublicFolder -Name test1 -Path '\' -Server MailboxServer
IF you are running this command on same Mailbox server which has PublicFolder Database then you dont have to mention -Server parameter.
Use this command to list all public folders
Get-PublicFolder '\' -Recurse

Now do I need to install Service Pack 1 and then Service 2 or are they cumulative?

It is cumulative, you don't need to install SP1.ThanksWillWill Shepherd - MCSE/MCITP/MCTS (Windows 2008,Exchange 2007,OCS 2007)
