Hi Simon, I think the field you are looking for is Organizer, it's in the Appointment Fileds when you use the Field Chooser. Thanks Will

will, ok somehow ive found it lol. its in the form designer, which ive never used. Is it possible to add this 'Organiser' to every entry in the diary somehow, or at least have it so every entry in future has the organiser? thanks simon
