What is your intention? To be able to send e-mail to THAT public folder? Or to have THAT public folder send e-mail sent to it to ANOTHER e-mail address?

Guess what she wants to do is to forward all mails received by these public folders to another mailbox/email address and keep a copy of the email in the public folders also. Manually she wud have to click on the delivery tab of each of these 150 public folders and the email address to which she wants the messages forwarded.

Cool Wizard , you got it. Currently these public folders ( eg: a@domain.com) do receive emails and I need to forward them to a new email address (a@newdomain.com) created for each of these public folders, and also leave a copy at a@domain.com. manual process would be as described by cool wizard. I saw this link ,maybeIwillneed to do it this way but not sure ...anyinputs??This would be the first time i amusing sinks, if this is the way to go ... any word of caution?http://msexchangetips.blogspot.com/2006/08/exchange-forwarding-copy-of-users_21.html
