I have 2 Public folder mailbox PF1 (Primary Hierarchy ) and PF2 (Secondary Hierarchy)

I have 10 Public folders in PF1

Can I move a Public folder 1 to 5 in PF2 ?

I tried "New-PublicFolderMoveRequest -Folders \1 -TargetMailbox PF2" it got queued and failed.

I wanted to know if this is possible then how and if not then why.

Please help in clarify my doubt
